Be part of a special group of people committed to this inspiring site and the cause of preservation. When you join the Friends of Lyndhurst, you become a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, our country’s not-for-profit preservation organization.

Lyndhurst Greenhouse Commemorative Bricks
The “bones” of Lyndhurst’s 18,600 square foot greenhouse remain among the most captivating sites on this handsomely landscaped property. Visitors from near and far walk beneath its iron skeleton and picture the grapes, the orchids, and palm court that for decades thrived within.
Now, you can honor a friend or family member, and yourself, by purchasing a paving brick inscribed with names or brief words of your choosing. Each brick you purchase is a gift to Lyndhurst, helping with much needed general operating support.
Bricks run from only $100 for placement in the Greenhouse “hyphens,” to $1,000 for placement in the Palm Court. Because positioning requires replacing a section of paving, commemorative bricks are installed semi-annually, in spring and autumn.
