Lyndhurst has implemented universal vaccine and mask policies for all staff, members, volunteers, and visitors.
  • ALL VISITORS MUST wear a mask when inside any building or when interacting with any staff inside or outside; except children under the age of 2.
  • Lyndhurst requires all Mansion tour ticket holders and special event ticket holders, ages 5 and older, to be fully vaccinated (two weeks after the second vaccine shot) or provide a negative PCR test result administered within 72 hours of your visit.
  • Children ages 2-4, who are not yet eligible for vaccination, are NOT required to provide a negative PCR test to enter the WELCOME CENTER, but children must wear a mask and be accompanied by an adult who has received COVID clearance.
  • Children ages 2-4, who are not yet eligible for vaccination, are required to provide a negative PCR Test to enter the MANSION on a tour or attend a special event at Lyndhurst.
  • Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated Guests, including children ages 5-11 who wish to join an indoor tour, MUST provide proof of a negative COVID PCR test administered within 72 hrs. of the visit. (Rapid tests are not acceptable). The proof will indicate the name of the person tested, date, and state the results from a PCR test.
  • Proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test can be provided as either a hard copy, digital copy, or in any vaccine passport app.
  • Anyone who wishes to enter the Welcome Center, including Daily Grounds Pass holders and walkers, must provide proof of vaccination or provide a negative Covid PCR test.
  • Restrooms at the Bowling Alley are accessible to all visitors seven days a week, from May through Mid-November. Masks required.
  • If you do not have proof with you at the time of check-in, you will NOT be able to join the tour or enter any indoor spaces.
  • ALL indoor tour TICKETS must be purchased in advance online. There are NO ON-SITE SALES as tour capacity is limited.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID-19, are showing symptoms of COVID-19, or have had close contact with a person who has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 within the past 14 days, we ask that you stay home and monitor your health.

As in any public setting, we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to COVID-19. By visiting Lyndhurst, you voluntarily assume such risks.
