Daily Grounds Pass 2026

A Daily Grounds Pass is required for entrance to Lyndhurst.  This pass does not provide access to the Mansion. A Grounds Pass includes entry to the Welcome Center, Gift Shop, Exhibit Gallery, and Restrooms when the property is open for tours. Restrooms are available at the Bowling Alley and Welcome Center.

Please note the entire site occasionally closes for special events with no grounds access during those times. A list of our closures can be found HERE. During our wedding season, May – October, certain areas of the grounds and buildings may be inaccessible in the afternoons.

For groups of over 10 people, please email our box office at Lyndhurst@savingplaces.org before purchasing grounds passes to receive detailed information on parking, picnic locations, and site protocol.

Lyndhurst members can enjoy the grounds for free! All members must register their visit HERE.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
• Mansion ticket holders are not required to purchase a Grounds Pass.
• Not permitted: Tents, lawn furniture, open flame, BBQs, smoking/vaping, and alcohol. Special Event photography and drone use is strictly prohibited.
• Evening Event ticket holders who wish to visit the grounds during the day must purchase a separate Grounds Pass.
• Please leash your dogs while on the grounds.
• Picnicking is allowed, please carry out what you carry in.
• Entry to the grounds is at your own risk, the property owner is not liable for injuries or illnesses that occur while visiting.
• For those wishing to specifically visit the Rose Garden, please plan to visit in June as our roses, generally, are at their peak during this month.
