Donate to make Lyndhurst even more beautiful and join a growing number of landscape supporters who are making it possible to return Lyndhurst’s gardens and landscape to their original splendor.

Thanks to your donations, Lyndhurst has been actively restoring its historic landscape for increased public enjoyment. These activities include:

  • A major restoration of Lyndhurst’s lower landscape, replacing pathways and seating areas all along the Hudson River overlook.
  • Marble garden furniture and bronze fountains have been restored and placed back into the landscape.
  • Trails connecting Lyndhurst to the Old Croton Aqueduct and the Westchester Riverwalk have been completed recently.
  • More public restrooms have been installed throughout the property.

With your support, Lyndhurst will continue this landscape restoration. Your contributions can help us restore the Helen Gould tree house, completely renovate the rose garden including the return of perennial beds, garden furniture, and fountains. A major kitchen garden is planned and has already been laid out. Long missing specimen trees along the entry drive will be replanted.
